Formerly known as Howard's IGA, our journey began when Brad Winner, the General Manager at Howard's IGA in the 1990s, couldn't bear to see this beloved location shuttered. "After being in this store for many years, I couldn't see this location close," Winner remarked. Thus, the Winner family seized the opportunity to resurrect this neighborhood market that has been a cornerstone of the Northern Springfield community for decades.
